Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what data Briker stores, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we store
Your account details (name, email, role) and the business data you enter yourself: projects, phases, clients, suppliers, materials, payments, documents, and photos you upload.
Your data is yours
You own your data. Export it to Excel or CSV at any time from inside the system, and request full deletion of your account and its data whenever you want.
Why we use it
Only to run the system: showing your projects, generating your reports, and sending the alerts you enable. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, and passwords are stored as irreversible bcrypt hashes. Access is enforced by role at the database level, and financial data lives in separate tables that site engineers cannot reach at all.
Signing in with Google
If you use Google sign-in, we receive only your email, name, and picture. We never access your inbox or files, and request no permission beyond identifying you.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. On request we delete it within 30 days, except what we must retain by law.
