By using Briker you agree to the following terms.
The service
Briker is an online construction project management system. We improve it continuously and may add or change features, giving you notice before any material change.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for the activity of anyone you grant access. Create an account per employee rather than sharing one.
Acceptable use
Do not use the system for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach it, bypass its permissions, or resell it without a written agreement.
Billing
Subscriptions follow the agreed plan. If you cancel, you keep the ability to export your data for at least 30 days.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running around the clock, and may pause it for maintenance with as much notice as possible.
Limitation of liability
The system supports how you run your business; operational and financial decisions remain yours. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use.
